There are number of places you can purchase or trade Crypto’s from. Here is a list of some examples of wallets/exchanges you can purchase and/or store Crypto Currency. Please conduct your own research before depsoting any money:
Etoro:
Etoro is a very easy to use platform. You can trade major Crypto Currencies using USD (no need to purchase Bitcoin first and then exchange your bitcoin for another Crypto).
Buying and selling is very easy on etoro and can be done in seconds.
Etoro has a mobile app so you can keep track, buy and sell Cryptos on the go.
Etoro offers a demo account which you can use before depositing money.
Disadvantage: You do not have access to your Crypto ‘wallet.’ Once you purchase Cryptos from Etoro you cannot (as yet) transfer them to another wallet. They will remain on the platform and can only be held or sold.
Binance:
Binance offers a wide variety of Crypto currency pairs; Bitcoin, NEO, EOS, TRON, Cardano are all available on Binance. Great to use if you plan on purchasing ‘alt coins.’
Disadvantage: Binance does not currently allow you to purchase Cryptos directly with fiat currency (USD/GBP etc). You will have to purchase Bitcoin or Ethereum from another exchange such as Coinbase and transfer your Bitcoin/Ethereum to Binance before trading it for the Crypto that you want.
Binance Jersey:
Binance have introduced a new trading platform which now allows users to buy and sell using GBP and EUR. This is likely to be a huge success in Europe.

A very easy to use platform, most beginners begin here. You can purchase Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum using your debit/credit card.
Coinbase has a mobile app so you can keep track, buy and sell Cryptos on the go.
Disadvantage: Only a limited amount of Cryptos available.
